ROHS COMPLAINT STATEMENT
 Protocase Incorporated is in full compliance with Article 4.1 of Directive 2002/95/EC set out by the European Union, as it pertains to the Restriction of the use of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in electrical and electronic equipment. This directive covers the restriction of use of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls or polybrominated diphenyl ethers in electronic equipment.
