PROTOCASE'S QUALITY ASSURANCE COMMITMENT

Protocase is in the business of providing mass customization for electronic enclosures and other specialty metal products to its customers. Each job is unique and may or may not bear resemblance to previous jobs.

Our proprietary advanced manufacturing processes are the key to our value proposition to customers. As such, we have developed our own proprietary quality assurance inspection program. This program insures that the unique natures of each customer’s specifications are met during each stage of the manufacturing process. This begins with the customer. No job enters the manufacturing queue until the customer has had the opportunity to review and approve a full 3D model of the final product. Once approved, the product is inspected at each distinct stage of the manufacturing process for compliances in accordance with our proprietary procedures.

Customer satisfaction is our prime priority. We work very closely with the customer to ensure he/she has the optimum design for the intended application. This often helps eliminate unnecessary unforeseen design oversights prior to production. It is our policy to ensure the client receives a quality product meeting the specifications approved by the client.

In any case where the client is not fully satisfied with the end product, we work closely with the client to determine what corrective action is required and act accordingly. If this means full replacement of the parts at the cost of Protocase, then this is done.
