STEP 1: STARTING PROCESS

Whether you have a CAD drawing, a hand sketch of your design or just verbal instructions, you can be confident that Protocase has the experience and ability to manufacture your enclosure.

The process of taking your idea to enclosure is simple and easy. You can start by choosing one of the following options, whichever is most appropriate for you.

STEP 2: QUOTATION PROCESS

Once your request or design is received, our sales and technical support team will review it and send you a quote within 24 hours.

STEP 3: ORDERING PROCESS

Order can only be placed if you received a quote from one of our sales representatives. To place an order please call (1.866.849.3911) or fax (1.902.567.3336) us with your credit card information.

STEP 4: APPROVAL PROCESS

• As soon as your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email.
• Our tech support team member will send you an eDrawing within 24 hours.
• You will be asked to approve the design prior to the job entering production.
  
  

STEP 5: DELIVERY PROCESS

Once approved, the order enters production and is shipped typically within 2-3 business days. We ship the products by express courier, unless we are otherwise notified.
